  • We do everything we can to make sure that your order arrives in perfect condition, in the unfortunate event that your book is damaged please email us at help@chapterful.com

    To make sure we get this resolved as fast as we can for you, please include photos of your damaged book in your email, a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Our quality team work very hard in making sure every book starts its journey to you completely perfect, however if one does sneak past us with an error, please contact us at help@chapterful.com.

    Please include photos in your message to ensure that this is resolved quickly for you.

  • Yes! If your book hasn’t started it’s journey to you, a member of our support team will be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us, to do so.

  • Unfortunately we are unable to make changes once your order has been placed. We have an automated system in place, so our team can get straight to work on creating and printing your new book to reduce your waiting time.

  • Unfortunately, because our books are all personalised and unique, we are unable to refund purchases. If there is an issue with your book, please contact us, we will do our very best to resolve it for you.
